How do I actually get paid?
Payouts go out monthly. We're flexible with the payment providers, so we can use whatever payment provider works best for you as long as it accepts debit card payments. You'll see a running total in your affiliate dashboard.
Is 40% really for life?
Yes. As long as the coach you referred stays a subscribed CloseLoop customer, you keep earning 40% of their monthly subscription - month after month, with no end date.
How does CloseLoop know who I referred?
You get a unique referral code. The first time your referred coach logs in to set up CloseLoop, they're prompted to enter it - so the referral is locked to your account before they even choose a plan.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No cap. Refer 1 coach or 100 - every one of them earns you 40% of their subscription revenue, for as long as they stay.
Do I need to be a CloseLoop customer to become an affiliate?

What if my referral downgrades or upgrades their plan?
