CloseLoop uses the Instagram API to power a direct-message automation tool for businesses. If you'd like your personal data deleted from CloseLoop's systems, you can request that at any time.
If you messaged, commented on, or booked a call with a business using CloseLoop
That business is the primary owner of the conversation data (see our Privacy Policy, Section 2). You can contact them directly, or contact us at the email below and we'll action the request as their data processor.
If you're a CloseLoop customer (coach/business) requesting deletion of your own account data
Email us and we'll delete your account, connected Instagram credentials, and associated data.
How to request deletion
- Email support@closeloopdm.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
- Include the Instagram username or handle associated with your request, and (if known) which business's CloseLoop deployment it relates to.
- We'll verify the request and reply to confirm.
- We permanently delete the applicable records from our systems within 30 days and send a confirmation email once complete.
